Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through Dentisoft
Dentisoft is pleased to announce a new service which allows Dentisoft Office Online users to verify insurance eligibility and benefits directly through the Patient Info screen in Dentisoft. Once you are signed up all you need to do is Click  on the Patient Info page. The service is supported by only a few carriers at this time, but is expected to grow in scope and content over the coming year. A list of current participating carriers is as follows:
- Aetna Health Plans
- Aetna DHMO
- Ameritas Life
- Cigna
- Guardian Life
- MetLife
- Mutual of Omaha
- Reliance Insurance
- Standard Insurance
- United Concordia Companies
- Tricare/FMDP/Fee for Services
- Washington Dental
- Delta Dental of: CO, CA, CT, DE. FL, GA, IN, LA, MI, MS, MT, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA DC, WA, WV
- Delta Care USA Claims (PMI)
- Delta care USA Encounters (PMI)
The service is $0.10 cents per transaction and you can save these results for future reference.
To add the service to your account, sign into your EHG e-claims account, and select Real Time Eligibility. You will then be presented with a new package of services to purchase.
